If you would like to work for the food industry, we now have a great position available for you. We are looking for an (experienced) packing operator/assistant team manager who would like to work with us.
Our machine park consists of 50 high-tech injection molding machines and associated equipment such as robots. As an injection molding operator/assistant team manager, you contribute to an efficient production process and the quality of the packaging produced. You have a lot of contact with your colleagues in production and other departments.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Packing the products
- Checking and registering whether the products meet the (quality) requirements
- Operating, adjusting and adjusting the injection molding machines
- Carrying out quality measurements
- Supervising and managing colleagues
- In the absence of the team leader, you provide production reports and contacts with other departments and are your first point of contact for other departments
- Keeping the workplace and work environment clean
Job requirements
- You feel responsible for your own work but you also dare to take charge in the absence of the team leader.
- You work accurately and in a focused way
- You work in a solution-oriented and result-oriented manner
- You can work as a team
- Willing to work in 3 shifts and/or 5 shifts
- Willing to take internal, company-specific training courses
- Technical knowledge is desirable
